Our classic bold single-origin coffee.
This roast has tasting notes of dark chocolate, toffee, clove, and brown sugar.
Chiapas is located in the southernmost region of Mexico. Founded in 1994, Campesinos Ecológicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas (CESMACH) cooperative has organized nearly 500 small farmholders to improve farming practices, pool resources, and maintain market presence. In recent years, Mexico has struggled with coffee leaf rust, pathogens, and emigration. By purchasing this jar, you are investing in the future of coffee farmers in Mexico.

Ethiopia Guji
Our classic robust single-origin coffee.
This roast has tasting notes of jasmine, key lime, apricot, yellow cake.
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, accounting for 40% of the nation’s exports. In 2017, Neja Fedil opened his wet mill in the Guji region to process and export coffee from surrounding farmers. By owning his mill, Neja bypasses restrictions that have traditionally complicated Ethiopian coffee exports. Farmers now face challenges in maintaining post-production quality. By purchasing this jar, you’re supporting improved coffee varieties and practices that help ensure coffee’s future remains at its origin.
